About The Position

MRI Software is seeking a Junior Partner Relationship Manager - Commercial to join our team! In this role, you will serve as an internal liaison and advocate for our Partners, supporting efforts to define, maintain, and enhance systems used in collaboration with Partner Connect. You will play a key role in managing new and current Partners, aiding strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring effective Partner management. The MRI Software Partner Connect program is experiencing significant growth and record-breaking client adoption. Our program provides clients with flexibility and choice to solve their needs and optimize their business. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enabling our clients to leverage an open and connected architecture by leveraging partnerships between MRI and our partners' solutions. MRI Software delivers innovative applications and hosted solutions that free real estate companies to elevate their business. Our flexible technology platform, along with an open and connected ecosystem, allows us to meet the unique needs of real estate businesses, from property-level management and accounting to investment modeling and analytics for the global commercial and residential markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Information Systems, or similar
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Team and goal oriented
  • Ability to be flexible and establish and iterate new processes
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
  • 1-2 years project management or partnership experience (preferred)
  • 1-2 years' experience in commercial proptech (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with existing commercial industry partners to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop expertise in MRI's Commercial segment and its associated partners.
  • Oversee partner account details, legal processes, and collaborate with Partner Connect members and internal MRI teams to support partner success and revenue generation.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing processes to improve program efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Support.
  • Lead interdepartmental projects focused on partner initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate key accounts within the Commercial segment and related partner verticals.
