Summary Responsible and accountable for day to day administration, monitoring and resolving system/network issues. Essential Duties of the Position Tier 1 growing toward Tier 2 support Professional client interaction? System documentation maintenance and costumer communications Diagnostic skills around technical issues Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately Manage/support all software/networks Assign configuration of authentication and authorization of directory services. Maintain network servers such as files servers, VPN gateways, and intrusion detection systems. Monitor ticketing system; identify and address any issues Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches. Work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment Any other duties as assigned by management.
