We are looking for a passionate, collaborative and forward-thinking Jr. Media Specialist to join us as we grow and thrive in a dynamic and exciting industry. This role touches on all aspects of display/social marketing channels including Facebook ads, Google ads, Microsoft ads and more. The ideal candidate must possess a keen understanding of the online digital marketing space. The candidate has strong organizational and analytical skills with an inherent ability to find trends by analyzing large data sets. This role is part of the PACO Collective Media team and reports to the Media Director. Responsibilities include implementing and managing campaigns across display and paid social platforms, establishing optimization plans based on performance of campaigns, and providing measurement and performance insights. The Jr. Media Specialist will collaborate on the development of media strategies and plans including creatives/messaging, flighting, budgeting, and KPIs. Additionally, the role involves developing audience targeting and segmentation strategies to execute campaigns, including retargeting, custom audiences, suppression lists, lookalike audiences, and more. The candidate will analyze data and identify trends/insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in marketing campaigns. They will provide creative solutions and optimize campaigns to meet KPI metrics including CPM, CPC, CPA, CTR, and more. The role also requires optimizing campaign buys to ensure budgets are spent as effectively as possible each month. The Jr. Media Specialist will compile data across partners and work in collaboration with the Analytics team to create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations, and future strategy development. Furthermore, monitoring the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, product updates, new channels, and technologies is essential to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how to best leverage new tools and services. This role requires someone who thrives on finding ways to constantly improve the programs by looking for new ways to enhance performance.
