About The Position
Amentum is seeking a junior mechanical engineer interested in HVAC and building design for our Annapolis Junction, Maryland office. The candidate should have a demonstrated record of achievement and work ethic to join this high performing group committed to delivering consistently high-quality work and service to our clients.
Requirements
- Degreed Mechanical Engineer from an ABET accredited engineering program.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Zero to three years of experience in HVAC and building design with understanding of HVAC and heat transfer principles.
- Full-time in the office. Hybrid and remote work are not practical for this position.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite of software including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Paint.
- Must be competent with AutoCAD.
- Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance.
