About The Position

We are seeking safety minded team members with an attention to detail for a position on our Maintenance Team (Jr. Maintenance Maintenance Mechanic) on second shift (3P -11P) in our fast paced, manufacturing facility located in Montoursville, PA. The Maintenance Mechanic position supports the business by ensuring the equipment in the facility meets all standards of safety, quality and productivity. This candidate will receive on the job training.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret drawings, electronic schematics, blueprints and electrical code specifications.
Ability to disassemble and reassemble equipment and parts of equipment.
Ability to run conduit, use test equipment, and perform preventative maintenance to electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds continuously. Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

Technical School or Related College coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

Performs the installation, preventative maintenance and operational efficiency of all equipment associated within the facility.
Completes daily reports of all work performed and of all parts consumed in performing maintenance, repairs, requests, and projects.
Supports Maintenance efforts across multiple departments, cross functional mechanic.
