Who we are looking
for:

We are looking for an experienced Licensed Loan Officer, who will bring
enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a servant heart to our team of top-tier
mortgage professionals. This professional will work in a tight-knit,
goal-oriented team where our Customers and Referral Partners can rely on them to
ensure an accurate and timely closing process. The Licensed Loan Officer’s
primary function is the promotion and sale of Company loan products and services
to potential customers.

Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of motivation and coachability
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Interest in real estate and mortgage lending
• NMLS license (or willingness to obtain—support may be available)

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced Loan Officers to support both purchase and refinance transactions
• Learn the full mortgage process, from application to closing
• Collaborate closely with real estate agents, broker partners, and internal teams
• Assist with structuring loans, reviewing documentation, and communicating with clients
• Build the foundation to originate your own loans
