This role involves overseeing project tasks and assisting with ad-hoc projects, including coordination, tracking, and scheduling. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for generating project documentation such as scope, objectives, requirements, schedules, and status reports. They will also create reports and charts to keep leadership and stakeholders informed of progress and draft communications. For assigned Infrastructure projects, the coordinator will define and document project scope, requirements, deliverables, and stakeholders, and prepare high-level project plans. Key duties include scheduling and conducting project meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, and providing periodic project status reports to stakeholders, including the Executive sponsor. The role also requires working with Infrastructure management and finance to develop and maintain project budget details and procure Infrastructure assets. The coordinator is responsible for developing project milestones and schedules, tracking project costs, monitoring the design, development, and testing progress, documenting and tracking issues and risks, and communicating project status to management. They will collaborate with vendors, contract resources, or internal IT delivery resources to define project scope, technical requirements, and determine high-level estimates, ensuring projects remain on schedule and deadlines are met.
