About The Position

TalentFish is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Graphic Designer to join our premier automotive client. This role plays a critical part in shaping the brand identity across digital platforms, producing high-quality creative that aligns with both national branding standards and localized dealership needs.

Requirements

1–4 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals, adherence to brand guidelines, and creative versatility
Ability to manage multiple projects and hit tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Adobe Creative Cloud (must-have): Photoshop – image editing & retouching Illustrator – vector graphics & logos InDesign – multi-page layouts
Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
Completion of a background check, which may include but is not limited to reference checks, education verification, employment verification, drug testing, criminal records checks, and any required certifications or compliance requirements based on the end client's background check policies and applicable laws

Motion graphics/animation (After Effects)
Basic web design (Squarespace / HTML / JavaScript)

Responsibilities

Design full digital campaign packages—banner ads, email templates, social media assets, and landing pages—for automotive dealerships
Quickly adapt and version creative across multiple dealerships, ensuring compliance with OEM co-op guidelines
Understand and apply disclaimer requirements for credit offers and promotional messaging in a compliant, brand-consistent way
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to maintain a unified brand voice and look
Keep up with industry trends in automotive retail and e-commerce design
Organize and maintain design files in shared folders (Dropbox), ensuring easy access and version control for team members
