About The Position

We re looking for a driven Junior Ecommerce Account Manager to join our thriving team. In this role, you ll manage various aspects of our ecommerce business-from building strong relationships with key accounts to optimizing product content, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts. You ll partner with industry giants like Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, and more to expand Surya s reach, while working cross-functionally to ensure our ecommerce operations run smoothly. Requirements

  • A Bachelor s Degree is required.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze data to make informed decisions.
  • A team player with the ability to work across departments and build trust with colleagues and customers alike.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical aptitude with a willingness to learn new web-based tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A passion for working in a dynamic, high-energy environment with the flexibility to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year to visit customers and attend markets.

Responsibilities

  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Partner with major ecommerce accounts (Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, etc.) to develop strategies that enhance Surya s brand presence, maximize shelf space, and increase profitability.
  • Optimize Product Merchandising: Manage Surya s vast catalog to ensure our top sellers and new products shine, and that our product content stands out across all platforms.
  • Strategic Pricing & Promotions: Collaborate with internal teams to manage pricing, content, and promotional strategies to drive results and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze and Improve Performance: Use data to evaluate your accounts' performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement actionable strategies.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of market trends and competitors by conducting regular analysis to spot new opportunities and acquire market share.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve workflows that contribute to Surya s overall success.
