We are looking for a Jr. UI/UX Designer to join our team. This hybrid role requires strong capabilities in both user experience and user interface design; balancing research, wireframing, and prototyping with high-quality design execution. The ideal candidate can take initiative in understanding user needs, analyzing current workflows, identifying improvements, and delivering thoughtful, scalable designs for both web and mobile environments. As a Jr. Designer UI/UX, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders across Anyone Home and the Inhabit Residential Division. In many cases, you will be responsible for translating research insights and design improvements into user stories or detailed project outlines for development teams.
