Jr. CSR - Dept. VI Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of orders processing, fulfillment and customer services. Ensure timely response to internal/external customers' requests and achieve customer satisfaction goals. Daily Responsibilities Assist in the daily aspects of order processing, fulfillment, and customer service. Provide quick and accurate responses to interoffice emails and emails from customers. Assist in generating reports. Work with different departments, like receiving, depot, planner and shipping to fulfill the customer's requests in a timely manner. Provide estimate delivery time if the request can't be made on time Assist to verify OSD & exception handling cases to feedback to customers. Warehouse Efficiencies Builds and maintains a work environment that is positive and is supported by open feedback and two-way communications at all levels. Keeps the warehouse organized and clean at all times. Lift and move trays up to 20 lbs Team Building/Leadership Responsible for maintaining a positive work environment while supporting the company's culture. Responsible for fostering a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on the well-being of all associates.
