Roc Nation is looking for a Jr. Creative Strategist who loves aligning artist & athlete objectives with brand objectives to ultimately meet the goals for all collaborations. You will report to the Creative Strategist Manager and work closely with our Brand Partnerships & Creative Production Department. The creative strategy team will lead and support creative strategy development across all brand partnerships & Roc Nation brands to accomplish business objectives. As Jr. Strategist you are a big-picture thinker who understands culture, music, digital & social trends, and fan engagement tactics. You can ideate at a moment’s notice on emerging trends, write engaging briefs & concepts, and have the ability to craft a persuasive narrative for presentations & decks. You are skilled at best practices to successfully research both the client and the brand. The person in this role needs to be comfortable asserting a strategic perspective that guides creative and client conversations to new and exciting places.
