About The Position

OCT Consulting is a business management and technology consulting firm that provides support to Federal Government clients. We provide consulting services in the areas of Strategy, Process Improvement, Change Management, Program and Project Management, Acquisition/Procurement, and Information Technology.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of federal contract closeout experience.
• Experience with the preparation of expired contracts for archiving or destruction.
• Experience with closing firm-fixed-price contracts.
• Must be able to obtain or retain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

• USAID experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Additional experience with cost-reimbursement, time-and-materials, labor-hour, hybrid, or other contract types is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full range of closeout activities for contracts, cooperative agreements, and grants in compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Code of Federal Regulations (2 CFR), and USAID closeout policies and procedures.
• Reconciling award files in USAID’s Phoenix Financial System.
• Uploading designated files into the Agency’s Secure Image and Storage Tracking System.
• Preparing closeout documentation such as checklists and release of claims.
• Identifying expired files for destruction.
