About The Position
Premier Construction Group, Inc. is a well-established commercial general contractor located in Dillsburg, PA. We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Construction Estimator to join our preconstruction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career construction professional looking to grow within a respected commercial construction company. The Junior Construction Estimator will support the estimating team by assisting with quantity takeoffs, document review, and proposal preparation. The ideal candidate is driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the commercial estimating process while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of building construction components and construction activities
- Ability to assist with takeoffs, estimates, and bid preparation
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong desire to meet challenging schedules and deadlines
- Competitive, motivated mindset with a strong work ethic
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Proven people skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to learn quickly and multitask as needed

- Prior field or hands-on construction experience is a plus
