About The Position

We’re looking for a Junior Call Center Systems Administrator to join our team and support the technology that powers our high-volume call center operations. In this role, you’ll work with Five9, Salesforce, and other UCaaS systems to help optimize call flows, campaigns, and integrations that keep our customer service operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience supporting or administering call center systems who’s ready to expand their technical skills and grow their career in systems administration. Schedule: Full-time | Afternoon/Evening Shift (1–9 PM) | Onsite

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience supporting or administering call center systems (preferably Five9 or other CCaaS/UCaaS platforms).
  • Working knowledge of IVR configuration, call routing, and real-time monitoring.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Five9 or CCaaS certifications.
  • Experience with Five9 Studio scripting, campaign design, or other UCaaS/VOIP systems (e.g., Mitel Cloud, Genesys, NICE InContact, Talkdesk).

Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Five9 call center platforms and their integration with Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
  • Support and update IVRs, queues, call routing, campaigns, SMS/chat workflows, and dialing strategies.
  • Troubleshoot system and agent issues to ensure smooth daily operations and high system availability.
  • Provision users, phone numbers, and messaging flows as business needs evolve.
  • Monitor and fine-tune call pacing and campaigns in real time to maximize productivity.
  • Collaborate with enterprise applications and call center teams to drive efficiency and enhance the agent experience.
  • Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and user guides for call center teams.
