About The Position

Milkco is seeking a 2nd shift Junior Blow Mold Operator for the Blow Mold Department. Blow Mold Operators are responsible for running the machines that create plastic milk jugs. During daily production runs, an Operator starts up & shuts down the machine, makes continuous adjustments for quality control during production, and repairs the machines as needed. This position in full-time & requires working alternate weekends (no more than 5 work days total each week), 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM. The ideal candidate will: Have mechanical and/or electrical aptitude. Have some prior experience in a production environment. Be a quick learner and very reliable with a positive attitude. Milkco will train the right candidate! Milkco, Inc. is a Fluid Milk Plant. Requirements

• Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco).
• Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
• Must pass an E-Verify Screening.
• Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 ½ hours per day.
• Will train the right person.
• Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
• Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
• Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
