About The Position
• Setup, test, and operate AV equipment (TVs, speakers, projectors, video walls, mics, etc.) • Support WebEx, Zoom, and in-room conferencing solutions • Maintain AV asset inventory and ensure technical readiness • Respond to urgent AV issues during live events • Assist in system upgrades and user training • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High level of customer service
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office applications
- Must be able to obtain a public trust
Responsibilities
