About The Position

In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of digital and social programs for our impressive roster of clients. You'll work alongside a team of experts to identify trends and sentiment around social conversation, craft data-driven social and digital strategies to support client campaigns and assist with measurement and reporting. Requirements

  • Up to 1 year of experience in social/digital media; internship experience with a media or sports agency is preferred
  • Fundamental understanding of social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube platforms
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and uncover relevant data-driven insights
  • Strong attention to detail is a must; familiarity with Microsoft Excel is a plus (we work with a lot of data!)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can assist with developing well-designed, cohesive and clear Microsoft PowerPoint decks
  • An organized and active contributor – you know how to keep everything on task and have a keen attention to follow-through
  • You are creative – you can brainstorm innovative ideas and collaborate with creative/design teams to ensure content aligns with best practices on social and digital channels
  • You’re ahead of what’s trending in social & digital – what’s resonating with fans, what content rises above the rest, and have an innate curiosity around new and emerging platforms
  • You bring a passion for/expertise in sports, entertainment, music and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for pulling key data around social trends, audience behavior, and online conversation using our suite of social listening tools
  • Support in the development of data-driven digital recommendations for client initiatives – including (but not limited to) organic social strategy, media partnerships, and paid media programs
  • Assist in the execution of digital and social campaigns, in collaboration with other digital team members
  • Assess campaign performance and keep track of key metrics (such as impressions, engagements, engagement rate, etc.) based on program goals and KPIs
  • Support efforts in talent discovery based on the client’s campaign objectives and criteria
  • Transform datasets into easy-to-digest summaries and visuals, providing clients with relevant results and recommendations to inform future social and digital strategies
  • Liaise with internal & external teams as needed on client requests
