About The Position

HomeXpress is seeking a Jr Account Manager to join our Credit-Agency department. This role is essential in providing customer support to Account Managers, internal staff, and brokers, while also assisting with pipeline management by following up on stagnant loans. The Jr Account Manager will serve as a liaison between sales and operations teams and will support standard Account Manager tasks such as handling Closing Disclosures (CDs), SSA-89s, Verbal Verifications of Employment (VVOEs), and Funding Shield activities. Ongoing training will be provided by shadowing Account Managers to better understand loan processes, guidelines, and condition reviews.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred.

Benefits

• Salary range of $45,000 - $55,000.
