The role requires extensive data entry into the computer database for Justice Courts and comprehensive management of civil and criminal court documents, including preparing, filing, processing, entering, issuing, recording, and setting dockets according to office policy and state statute. Maintaining confidentiality and security of documents, data, and courtroom proceedings is crucial. The Case Manager is expected to maintain proficiency in case management, train and evaluate subordinates, and participate in emergency management duties during local disasters as directed by county managers.
