About The Position

We are seeking highly skilled Journeyman Welders and Millwrights to join our team. If you are an experienced professional in one of these trades, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time position where days and hours of work vary, including some evenings, weekends, and overnight work, with frequent overtime required. The role is safety-sensitive, involving duties with risks of injury to self or others, or environmental injury, where a momentary lapse of concentration can have disastrous consequences. The working environment often involves harsh elements such as hot/humid and/or cold temperatures, rain, and industrial settings with exposure to hazardous chemicals, moving heavy equipment, and other safety-sensitive hazards/risks. Employees must always be alert and able to safely perform essential duties without risking harm to themselves or others. Candidates must pass a post-offer/pre-placement drug screen, job-related employment physicals, and a post-offer/pre-employment background check verifying criminal history. Travel to client and customer sites is required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in welding.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Minimum 4 years of millwright experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read schematics, manuals, and mechanical drawings.
  • Familiarity with machine shop tools and industrial equipment.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work long, flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass a post-offer / pre-placement drug screen and job-related employment physicals.
  • Ability to submit to a post-offer / pre-employment background check that verifies criminal history.

Responsibilities

  • Perform structural and pipe welding using MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols.
  • Ensure all welding complies with company and industry safety standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections and repairs of welded structures.
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipment.
  • Align machines and equipment using precision tools and instruments.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform preventive maintenance.
