Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience working on all makes and models of medium and heavy-duty class 7/8 trucks.
• Experience in engine repair, electronic trouble-shooting, HVAC systems, and chassis repair.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivation and assertiveness.
• Ability to work under little or no supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Must provide own tools.

Responsibilities

• Work on medium and heavy-duty class 7 & 8 trucks in the shop ensuring complex repairs are done accurately and timely.
• Analyze and diagnose truck malfunctions or failures.
• Repair, replace, maintain or rebuild cabs, steering systems, engines, transmissions, axles, differentials, brakes, clutches, electrical systems, and air systems.
• Support customers and maximize their uptime.
