Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- Minimum of 3 current ASE certifications
- Proven ability to perform unsupervised repairs in areas such as: Maintenance Services, Engine Repair, Suspension & Steering, Brakes, Electrical Systems, Heating & A/C (Optional), Drivability Diagnosis
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Personal toolset appropriate for the role
- High School graduate or equivalent
- 18 years or older required
Nice To Haves
- Audi factory certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- ASE Master Tech strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair work as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose vehicle issues and recommend necessary repairs
- Conduct road tests to verify quality of work
- Follow all safety and quality standards
- Document work performed and time spent in our repair systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area daily
- Keep up with Audi and ASE training and certifications
- Collaborate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and uniform as outlined
