As we continue to expand, we are seeking Journeyman Plumbers to join our dedicated team. Candidates must be a Cheyenne registered journeyman plumbing license holder. As an experienced Plumber at Marv's Plumbing & Heating, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, conducting installations and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently. We're offering a $500 sign-on bonus to qualified technicians, payable after 90 days of employment. Terms and conditions apply.
Requirements
- 1+ Year plumbing experience
- Valid journeyman plumbing license
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to service calls and perform plumbing repairs and installations as needed
- Diagnose plumbing issues and develop effective solutions
- Communicate with customers to explain repair options and provide estimates
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Ensure all work is completed to code and meets quality standards
- Recognize work that requires permitting and communicate with office to obtain permits
- Take initiative to identify additional service opportunities and upsell when appropriate
- Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed
