The field service technician performs different types of support at the customers location, such as troubleshooting, setup, and installation of systems and equipment.
Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in commercial settings, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.
Install and maintain electrical systems and equipment, adhering to safety standards and building codes.
Provide exceptional customer service, educating clients on preventive maintenance and safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, training, and expenses.
Valid Journeyman Electrician license.
Demonstrated experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in commercial environments.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, and standing for prolonged periods.
Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
