We are seeking an enthusiastic, growth minded individual to be our Journeyman Roofer in the Service Department of our Spokane Valley Office.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, AA Degree or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Previous roofing experience/repair strongly preferred but not required.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy weighted objects.
  • Current Driver's License with no restrictions.
  • Valid email address and working cell phone.
  • Successfully pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the team throughout the job process including starting and finishing projects within the Foreman's guidelines.
  • Ensure the safety of your crew as well as the safety of the customer, their employees, and clients.
  • Maintain the protection of the customer's building and property, ensuring it's 'Always watertight at night'.
  • Ensure quality of product and application.
  • Maintain and ensure efficiency of all equipment used at the job site.
  • Secure company materials and assets (Equipment, Tools, Trucks, etc.) at the job site.
  • Ensure finished product has a safe and high level of quality upon completion.
  • Participate in site safety through OSHA and L&I compliance.
  • Proper installation of all new roofing systems exactly as specified.
  • Maintain good customer relations.
  • Participate in the production and quality of workmanship.
  • Take direction and delegation from team leader.
  • Maintain company issued equipment in good operational order.
