Requirements

MN Journeyman Plumbing License (State of Minnesota)
Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
Strong residential service experience
Comfortable selling repairs, replacements, and upgrades
Open to service, installs, and branch-line drain work
Professional, confident, customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems
Run service calls like a pro — from first knock to final signature
Educate homeowners and confidently present repair and upgrade options
Deliver 5-star experiences that turn into repeat customers and reviews
Drive a company-provided van (servicing up to a 60-mile radius from Burnsville)
Mentor newer techs and lead by example when needed
