About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Licensed Plumbing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will combine your technical plumbing expertise with strong sales skills to assess customer needs, and provide appropriate plumbing solutions. As a key member of our team, you will engage with customers, diagnose plumbing issues, recommend appropriate solutions, explain technical concepts clearly, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.

Requirements

Hold a journeyman plumbing license
Have a valid driver's license- with a clean driving record
Clean background
Must be willing and able to pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
Follows company procedures for running service calls
Complete a home safety inspection on every service call
Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly.
Performs customer walk-through at the end of each call to ensure client satisfaction.
Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
Maintains cleanliness on the job site and in your company truck.
