About The Position

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Journeyman Plumbers for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Ooltewah, TN. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and fully capable of reading prints, running and organizing a job, and working independently. This position offers long-term potential for the right individual. Work Scope Includes: Reading and interpreting blueprints and plumbing layouts Running and organizing plumbing jobs with minimal supervision Installing water, waste, and vent piping systems (PVC, copper, cast iron, etc.) Performing underground, rough-in, and trim-out phases Testing systems for leaks and ensuring code compliance Managing materials and coordinating with other trades Maintaining a safe and organized work environment Please Note: Experienced Plumbers must be capable of running and organizing commercial plumbing projects independently. Requirements

5+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience required
Must be able to read prints, run and organize a job independently
Must have own hand tools and PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, steel-toe boots)
Must be drug-free and able to pass all required screenings
Must be dependable, professional, and safety-focused
Reliable transportation required
