The Plumber is responsible for all aspects of installation, maintenance, inspection, operation, and repair of plumbing systems in assigned locations(s). Requirements
- 1-4 years' experience and knowledge in repair and general maintenance of plumbing required.
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers
- Anticipates and responds to customer needs.
- Inspects assigned areas on a routine basis and performs maintenance where necessary to keep facility in functioning and serviceable condition.
- Completes daily, weekly, or monthly checklists of pre-scheduled building and equipment maintenance procedure.
- Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, replace or mend broken pipes and open clogged drains.
- Reports on any major maintenance needs and recommends corrective action as appropriate.
- Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures.
