As a Journeyman Plumber on our Boston team, you will join us on our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by consistently delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers. You will report directly to our Installation Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals. Why Work at West Shore Home? Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Active Journeyman Plumbing License in good standing
  • Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the Master Plumber at the local branch. The role will need to take an aggressive approach to assist the installation team in learning the most up to date plumbing techniques.
  • Research, study, and understand all applicable plumbing and building codes, emerging plumbing products and techniques, and train the installation teams accordingly
  • Understand the West Shore Home installation method to support the local Installation team, as needed
  • Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
