This role is vital to supporting our expanding customer base by delivering exceptional service, technical precision, and dependable performance. You’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of commercial plumbing systems while building lasting relationships with our customers through excellent communication and workmanship.

Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in plumbing construction and service.
Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Proficiency in using plumbing tools, diagnostic equipment, and power/hand tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Willingness to travel within the Lexington/Frankfort region and be available for on-call assignments.

Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, valves, water heaters, drainage systems, and backflow prevention devices.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and Kentucky state plumbing codes.
Diagnose plumbing issues and execute necessary repairs in an efficient and professional manner.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to complete jobs on schedule and within budget.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
Travel to various job sites as required, with the flexibility to work extended hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
