This role is vital to supporting our expanding customer base by delivering exceptional service, technical precision, and dependable performance. You’ll diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide range of commercial plumbing systems while building lasting relationships with our customers through excellent communication and workmanship.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in plumbing construction and service.
  • Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in using plumbing tools, diagnostic equipment, and power/hand tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel within the Lexington/Frankfort region and be available for on-call assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, including piping, fixtures, valves, water heaters, drainage systems, and backflow prevention devices.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure compliance with project specifications and Kentucky state plumbing codes.
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and execute necessary repairs in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other team members to complete jobs on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Travel to various job sites as required, with the flexibility to work extended hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
