About The Position

At PSI, our Plumbers are responsible for installing piping systems, fixtures, and equipment in new residential and commercial construction projects. This includes work during the rough-in, top-out, and final trim stages of construction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of plumbing experience, ideally in new construction environments
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety and plumbing installation best practices
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• An active Driver’s License
• Tech-savviness – comfort using tablets and job management software
• Must consider safety one’s primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements
• To adequately perform the duties of this job the team member is regularly and routinely required to sit; stand, walk, stoop, use hands to handle controls; hear, and talk
• Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces
• The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required
• The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – employees are required to work outdoors throughout the seasons

Nice To Haves

• Bonus points if you hold an Apprentice, Journeyman, or Master License

Responsibilities

• Install plumbing systems in new builds according to blueprints, building codes, and specifications
• Work on rough-ins, water and gas line installation, vent systems, and final trim outs
• Collaborate with site supervisors, contractors, and other trades to meet project timelines
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with local plumbing codes
