About The Position

The Industrial Plumber is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in large-scale industrial and construction environments. This includes working on high-capacity piping systems, specialized fixtures, and ensuring compliance with industrial safety standards and building codes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of plumbing experience in industrial or large-scale construction settings.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Proficient in using specialized tools and equipment for industrial plumbing.
  • Physical ability to work in challenging environments, including confined spaces and heights.
  • Valid plumbing license and any required industrial certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain industrial-grade plumbing systems, including high-pressure pipes, valves, and pumps.
  • Read and interpret complex blueprints and technical schematics for industrial projects.
  • Perform inspections and pressure tests to ensure system integrity and compliance.
  • Collaborate with engineers, site supervisors, and other trades to meet project deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing issues in manufacturing plants, warehouses, and large facilities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials used.
  • Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
