Requirements
- Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (Maryland required)
- Strong background in service and installation work
- Foreman or crew leader experience – able to take charge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow into a management role
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of residential and light commercial plumbing work, including installations, repairs, service calls, troubleshooting, and repiping.
- Operate heavy equipment, perform dig-ups, and handle pipe fitting for water, gas, and drainage systems.
- Lead and mentor crews in the field, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication with homeowners and team members.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems with confidence and precision.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with plumbing codes.
