About The Position

Geo Owl is seeking highly qualified Journeyman Geolocation Operators to join our elite intelligence team in San Antonio, TX. These positions require a unique blend of advanced geolocation skills and demonstrable foreign language proficiency to provide direct mission support for a 24/7, 365-day workforce.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, language capabilities, and proven operational experience to produce actionable intelligence and mentor less experienced operators.

Requirements

• Current certifications in basic operations and passive geolocation methods and technologies.
• Collector, Passive, and Search and Survey certifications.
• Successful completion of the Intermediate (451) or Advanced (452) Signals Analysis course.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Must be willing to sit for customer polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct, on-site, real-time geolocation operations using certified methodologies and technologies.
• Provide mentoring and proficiency development to less experienced operators.
• Contribute to the improvement of training resources and tradecraft.
• Support operational and strategic missions by delivering accurate and timely intelligence reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate geolocation and language data into mission operations.
• Maintain required certifications and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
