The position involves adhering to all facility safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while actively participating in safety programs. The role requires helping to meet or exceed production, waste, and quality standards. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to improve reliability and uptime. Communication with operations associates is essential to identify and prioritize maintenance needs. The job entails a flexible work schedule, including on-call duties, weekends, overtime, and holidays. The work environment may involve high and/or confined spaces and requires performing physical tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve hours per day in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial setting.
