This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Perform professional caulking and sealant applications on masonry, stone, concrete, and historic building materials Install and tool expansion joint sealants with precision Apply waterproofing systems to protect and preserve masonry substrates Use proper materials, methods, and tools to ensure long-lasting, watertight results Operate and maintain caulking equipment and slickers Restore historic and architecturally significant structures in compliance with preservation standards Use boom lifts and scaffolding

Requirements

Caulking and sealant application experience
Experience working on historic restoration projects
All PPE

Responsibilities
