About The Position

The following is a brief description of the primary elements of this job and is not intended to be all inclusive. • Inspect, change, adjust and maintain various units of glass forming machines and related equipment to maintain acceptable production levels. • Check, weigh, and gauge ware. Make necessary adjustments to correct defects. • Make minor repairs to forming machines and equipment. • Instruct and assist Machine Operators. • Assist with job changes. • Check on availability of spare equipment. • Remove jams on conveyors or stackers as necessary. • Make necessary adjustments to feeders, conveyors, stackers, and other equipment. • Perform miscellaneous tasks as required
