About The Position

This position is specific to our Kingman Office. If you do not live in Kingman, travel will be required. The ideal candidate for this position will be a journeyman level HVAC Service Technician who has a minimum of five years of experience in the trade and is a reliable hardworking employee. The Big Task involves diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems and leading customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Requirements

• Journeyman level HVAC Service Technician.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the trade.
• Reliable and hardworking employee.
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Join the on-call rotation.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have a valid state driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
