About The Position

Moss is the #1 Solar EPC and is currently seeking an experienced Dozer Operator to support our Civi l team in ROBARDS, KENTUCKY . ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate bulldozers to clear, level, and prepare land for solar panel installation. Cut, fill, and grade terrain to precise elevations using manual guidance. Perform daily pre-operation checks and basic maintenance of equipment. Work closely with site supervisors and other equipment operators to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently. Follow all site safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety. Identify and report any hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor. Maintain accurate logs of work performed and equipment usage. Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Proven experience operating bulldozers on construction projects
Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather
Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials, adhering to all safety standards
Must have reliable transportation to and from the project site
Ability to convey a positive and professional attitude, adhering to Moss core values
