About The Position

Hunt Electric, Inc . is searching for a full-time Journeyman Electrician to join our team within our electrical division . In the position of J ourneyman E lectrician , you would be responsible for planning , design, organiz ation , and execution of electrical construction projects with the ability to adapt to changing codes, regulations, and safety requirements .

Requirements

• Must have an active state Journeyman license
• Ability to pass a background check, drug and functional capacity test
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Have all tools for the trade

Responsibilities

• Relevant experience in commercial and residential electrical
• Ability to lift up to 100lbs
• Can read and understand blueprints well
• Can bend up to 1 1/2" conduit
• Install electrical components and equipment
• Be able to work independently
• Effectively and efficiently diagnose and repair electrical issues
• Demonstrate an aptitude for learning, goal-oriented mindset for continual growth, with a “Can-Do” positive attitude
• Ability to mentor apprentice electricians on the jobsite
• Actively contributes to a positive team environment
• Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours
• Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager
