About The Position

Journeyman Electrician – Immediate Start Commercial Project – New Braunfels, TX GMEA Electrical Services is currently hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician for an immediate start on a commercial project at Costco in New Braunfels . We’re looking for skilled electricians with strong commercial experience who can work independently and help lead on-site crews. 💲 Pay $35–$45 per hour Based on experience and licensing Weekly pay Per diem offered for traveling 50+ miles 🕒 Schedule Monday – Saturday 10-hour days Overtime potential 📍 Project Details Large-scale commercial build Immediate start available Consistent hours Professional work environment

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Texas preferred if required)
• Strong commercial electrical experience
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and punctuality

Nice To Haves

• Experience on large commercial builds preferred

Responsibilities

• Install, bend, and run EMT and other conduit systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
• Install panels, switchgear, and distribution equipment
• Pull and terminate feeders and branch circuits
• Troubleshoot and ensure work meets NEC and local code
• Maintain high safety standards on a commercial job site
