Requirements

• 5+ years of industrial electrical experience
• State issued Journeyman Electrician License (NCCER does not qualify as a state license)
• Experience using or desire to learn the latest BIM/VDC technologies for pre-planning and on-site coordination of projects

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of BIM/VDC technology preferred

Responsibilities

• Measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing conduit
• Overseeing or participating in wire installations with conduit and cable tray
• Connecting power to equipment
• Leading and developing up to 4 apprentice electricians
• Utilizing knowledge of other construction trades
• Standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 lbs in a construction work environment
• Climbing and maintaining balance on ladders and scaffolds while carrying tools
• Complying with safety standards and using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
