About The Position

We are looking for Techs and Mechanics at the Hazelwood location. The position involves performing general inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on a fleet of 250 trucks, specifically working on Peterbilt trucks, diesel engines, transmissions, brake systems, and auxiliary power units (APUs). The role requires reviewing repair work orders, discussing work with supervisors, and communicating with managers or drivers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems. Safety and professionalism are paramount, as is ensuring the cleanliness of the shop and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Must have own tools
• At least 5 years mechanic experience required
• High school diploma or GED required; technical education highly desired
• Cummins engine diagnostic experience
• Heavy electrical diagnostic and repair experience
• ASE Certification preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass drug screening
• Must be able to meet physical requirements of the position (lifting excess of 80 lbs, bending, climbing and standing for duration of a work shift)
