Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in welding, fabrication, machine assembly, and alignment.
  • Experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Team-oriented attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to work across job boundaries and learn new skills.
  • Previous Millwright experience.
  • Commitment to safety and respect for others.
  • Ability to work at heights, use stairs, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in environments with wood dust and varying temperatures.

Nice To Haves

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine centers to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to fabricate and modify equipment.
  • Repair or replace chains, belt conveyors, gearboxes, drive chains, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  • Perform welding and cutting tasks with precision and safety.
