Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Basic computer and networking skills.
  • Experience with variable speed 700 and 755 AC & DC drives.
  • Strong PLC and trouble shooting skills (Allen Bradley Rockwell knowledge is a plus).
  • Delta RMC controls experience is a plus.
  • Willingness to work any shift and perform all essential functions of this position (including working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs., and operating in dusty or extreme environments).
  • This position is designated by WY as a safety-sensitive position. Please be advised that due to the designation of this position as safety-sensitive, you will be subject to pre-employment testing for cannabis and its metabolites.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and maintain AC/DC drives, up to 575 vac, AC motors, and machine control centers.
  • Work with PLCs (Allen Bradley Rockwell), computers, and electronics.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical systems using blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
  • Run conduit, wire systems, and support PLC programming and upgrades.
  • Maintain, replace and program photo eyes.
  • Troubleshoot, replace, and scale Temposonics and encoders.
