Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Journalism, Communication, English, or related degree program.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable conducting interviews and speaking with sources.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research and Reporting: Conduct research on assigned topics, gather information through interviews, and contribute to news stories.
• Writing: Write articles, news briefs, and feature stories.
• Content Creation: Assist in the creation of multimedia content including videos and photo galleries.
• Collaborative Projects: Work with the editorial team to develop and pitch story ideas. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
• Fact-Checking: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of information by cross-referencing sources and conducting thorough fact-checks.
• Audience Engagement: Engage with readers and viewers through comments, social media, and other interactive platforms.
