As a Joint National Training Capabilities (JNTC) integrator on our team, you will work closely with sponsors across the combatant and service component commands, to include centers relevant to operations, intelligence, communications, and strategy and plans, to holistically support the command’s effort to incrementally implement joint initiatives and concepts. You will directly support the integration of JNTC capabilities as part of the client’s campaign plan, requiring close collaboration with select directorates at the Joint and Service Components level. You will serve as the Joint Integration Planner for the client. You will coordinate with stakeholders to synchronize operations, activities, and investments (OAIs) and Program Budget Requests (PBR) analysis to address capabilities shortfalls and emerging requirements. You’ll participate in the Joint Staff’s JNTC working group. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with operations, including field grade officer or higher level
  • Experience with operational planning at the division, corps, or theater level
  • Ability to play a lead role in coordinating with department and mission partners to ensure resolution of tasks and activities
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Military Education Level 4 qualified
  • Joint Qualified Officer Level 3

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with operating at a JNTC-accredited facility
  • Experience in the Indo-Pacific theater
  • Knowledge of Army Multi-Domain Operations and Joint All-Domain Operations
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree
  • PMP Certification
  • Graduate of Advanced Military Studies Course
