We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist the Joint Rolling Team with day-to-day operations. This is a manufacturing position in a product environment at our facility based in Denver, CO.
Requirements
- 1 year experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and through written media.
- Detail orientated with an eye on process improvement and optimization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to manage high-stress situations, and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires.
- For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday.
- Must be able to exert well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours in length.
- Must be able to adapt to fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Must be able to handle constructive criticism and guidance and offer the same to others in the department.
- Must be able to work a weekly schedule Monday-Friday 7:30AM-4:00PM.
- Please note that the regulations and laws of The State of Colorado require persons working onsite at a cannabis facility to be at least 21 years of age.

- Experience and background in the cannabis industry a plus.
Responsibilities
- Hand-rolling joints.
- Packaging joints and flower.
- Assisting in other areas of Packaging as necessary.
- Cleaning of equipment and packaging areas.
- Working collectively and respectfully with other team members.
